Lap Swim: 600m

For the first time, I rode my bike to the pool (instead of driving). As a result, I scaled down my workout (I didn’t want to get too tired for the ride back! Hehehe).  I only did 1 swim drill (5x50m Thumb-to-Thigh); though I did warm up for 100m, cool down for 50m and also did some paddleboard exercises.

Riding back wasn’t too bad but I was absolutely pooped later! LOL. Iono how I’m going to survive triathlons! >_<
