Cross-Training: 40 minutes

Notes:
Went for a swim last night… Was dead tired afterwards! This was actually the first time I went continuously for at least 300 metres without stopping every 100. LOL. I think I’m somewhat out-of-shape already; that or I have to really be more efficient with my strokes and breathing.

Tomorrow, I’m going to run 6 miles. Yep, I’ve verified it: my schedule is correct — 6 miles tomorroz and then 8 or 9 miles on Sunday. The back-to-back running continues until right before my marathon for another 3 weeks, then I finally taper down… Sort of.
