Notes:
Went lap swimming today. I might’ve gone too fast in the beginning because after about 5 minutes, I started to feel tired! LOL. I rested by using the kickboard and went for 100 metres on it before I began doing freestyle and breastroke laps again. Tomorrow, if time permits, I need to run 3 miles and then I’ll either swim for 40 minutes on Thursday or do a 4-miler; I haven’t decided yet!
Odd thing about my training schedule, and I’m not sure why it’s like this: I have a 6-miler on Saturday and then an 8-10 miler on Sunday?! I have to consult Hal Higdon on this one (well, his website anyway ;))
