Recovery: 30 minutes (swim)

Notes:
Went for a 30-minute lap swimming session. I should really log how many metres I do per training. I do recall taking kickboard ‘breaks’ after every 100 metres. LOL I even used a pull buoy for 50 metres; talk about swimming all over the place! Thank goodness I had my own lane. I guess I still need to practise on my balance.

Despite using all those swim accoutrements, I went fairly easy as I had “recovery” in my mind the entire time. Tomorroz, I have to do another 2 mile walk and then on Saturday (or Sunday) a 5-miler then recovery over!
