Long Run Training: 12 miles

Notes:
Felt much better running this morning than yesterday. I suppose my running 'emotion' has something to do with the weather as well — yesterday, it was gloomy and drizzled a bit, today, although it was cloudy, the sun was still shining and was able to get through some open patches. It was glorious! I managed to run ok, having a 12:08/mile pace and burned 1287 calories. Next week, it'll be a 18 mile run… eep!
