Notes:
Another good run. Again, I ran on a flat course — which was excellent. I felt a bit tired an hour into the run, so I walked (longer than my walk breaks). I actually have a race tonight. It's just 6.2 miles and I'm pace leading for the 12-minute group, so no biggie.
