Long Run Training: 7 miles

I’m officially freaking out.

I was supposed to do 12 miles today but was only able to do a paltry 4 miles and walk the rest of the way. My knees (particularly the left knee) was acting up and it scurrred me. I’m not sure how I’m going to finish (or survive) the upcoming race @ Long Beach!
