Cross-Training (45 minutes)

Notes:
After a week layoff, I’m back to training. Last night, I went for a 45-minute lap swim. Well, as usual, 5 minutes into the workout, I got tired! LOL. Also as usual, I think my breathing is off again. Going to try to do a bike ride today to figure out how to switch gears and such — the race is this Sunday at Disneyland and although the total miles run will only be 3 miles, the bike ride will be 10 miles and apparently there’s one small hill. Here’s to my workout later today!
