Long Run Training: 8 miles

Notes:
Well, the weather during this run was relatively better than yesterday’s run, however, since this is my first back-to-back training run, my first few miles did feel as if I were exerting too much effort into a pace I normally am comfortable running. By the turn around point, I felt tired but at 6 miles things actually turned better. Maybe it was the music that was playing at the time, or maybe it’s because I know I was on my way back, but I kinda felt that extra push and was able to finish the run strong. I also want to note that I stuck to my intervals and had my jelly belly whenever my iPod would remind me 😉
