Cross-Training (50 minutes, cumulative)

LOL I went swimming twice today; 30 minutes this morning (lunch time break) and then 20 minutes this evening. I wasn’t too bad; I was definitely working on my legs moreso than my arms, though — I have a feeling I should’ve done the opposite. Still, it was a great cardio workout and tomorroz (and Thursday), I’m scheduled to rest! Friday is another 2-miler (I’ll probably swim again, though) and then Saturday… Dun dun duuuuuun! ze marathon.
