Long Run Training: 8 miles

Notes:
Really bad run; it was so hot and I didn't have any motivation to keep running. Walked most of the time but ran when the sun got too hot to get away from it. LOL. Burned 766 calories (plus Gatorade calories, though). Average pace was 13'47"/mi. Oh, I had a blister on the sole of my left foot and another on the heel of my right foot. Ouchies.
