Long Run Training: 14 miles

Notes:
Somewhere in that 13.33 miles, I did the Walk for Life and actually walked it! I was going to run the walk but couldn't seem to find the energy or motivation to do so. Anyway, I know I finished my 10-mile run around the 2-hour mark so I'm pretty happy about that. As for the total pace (including walking), it was a good 13:30 m/m and burned a whopping 1,313 calories! w00t!
