Well, I was supposed to run 20 miles today — at least 10, and I could barely continue. If it's not the knee pain, it's the stomach pain >.< -- I had some GU-brand energy gel and although the gel tasted really good, it didn't mesh well with my tummy... I almost threw up all the goo... that's how bad it was. I guess I'll just be taking Clif Shots! I really have to focus these last two weeks — that means, no more missing runs OR long runs! I guess my nerves got to me this morning, too. I kept thinking about Chicago and I just could barely continue my run! Ahhh…
