Notes:
I felt like I haven't run in a week; I could barely keep a steady pace, and had to stop every 10 minutes to walk for 1 minute. I also felt bloated and quite full. This really taught me a lesson — don't skip training runs! I should do better with my 3 mile run tomorrow.
