Notes:
I didn't feel like running this morning, but I had to do my 5-miler. The result, dismal time, and didn't really feel too good. I felt dehydrated and lethargic. I need to eat better (again) and have a constant schedule of drinking water/juice/gatorade during the week! This was one of my most boring runs! I think I'll take a nap right now. >.<
