Notes:
My overall feeling after this run was fine. During the run was good, too. I'm slowly getting used to the exertion of running a 10:30/11:00 min/mile pace (actual calculated average pace: 10:18). I was actually going to tone down and run slower (11:30 to 12:00) but I only had 65 cents with me, and the parking meter said I only had 36 minutes to do my run. This completes the 3 miles for today. Tomorrow, another 3 miles.
