Chelsea clinched the Barclays Premiership title with a 2-0 win at Bolton Wanderers thanks to two goals from inspirational midfielder Frank Lampard.
The Stamford Bridge club's first title for 50 years was secured thanks to a second-half brace from the England international – who has been in superb form all season.

Lampard opened the scoring in the 60th minute, showing huge composure in cutting back inside around Vincent Candela as he seized on Didier Drogba's knock-down before picking his spot past Jussi Jaaskelainen.

The title celebrations were well and truly under way 14 minutes from time when Lampard broke clear, calmly rounded Jaaskelainen and fired the ball into the empty net.
