We had a meeting at Niketown (Los Angeles) today for our upcoming “Freedom” series (starts June 4th leading up to the 4th of July races) and of course, I got new gear. See my new running boots below. They're… *gulp* Purple! >.<
My training for the Chicago Marathon commences on the 29th of May. I know I should start running as soon as possible, but I'm giving myself another running holiday week 
. Since I still drive to work (on-site work for a client), I will need to do my runs around 6am in the morning, that or run during my lunch break or run in the evening; I still haven't decided. Maybe I'll try all three and see what works. Thinking out-loud is fun!
