LOL. I warmed up with 100 metres of breast-stroke followed by\u00a050 metres of flutter kicks using the kickboard and by the time I was finally ready to swim the freestyle, I got tired 25 metres into it! Hahahaha. Still, I kept going and my breathers were mostly taken during the kickboard sessions; talk about a lower-ab and thigh workout!<\/p>\n<p>I was going to spend an hour doing laps but ended up with a mere 30 minutes because it took me that long to prepare my gear! Ah&#8230; Tomorrow, I hope to go for at least 1 hour.<\/p>\n<p>Oh, there was this &#8220;Athena division&#8221; woman who was a workhorse doing her laps!\u00a0I wish I were as strong as her &#8212; she\u00a0just kept going&#8230; She was there before I arrived, and\u00a0for\u00a0the entire 30 minutes whilst I was swimming\u00a0\u00a0I didn&#8217;t see her stop at all.
