Notes:
\nThe course was fun and flat — although the run was only a mile, there was one water station and at least 3 groups of entertainment. I know I was running way too fast than my normal pace, but I thought that it's just a mile and the torture will be over. Amazingly, I was not that out-of-breath and kept my pace steady throughout the run. I suppose the 1 mile race for the kids helped warm me up, too (I was Pace Leader for these little elementary school kids!).
