My sis and I ran at the Redondo\/Torrance Beach strand and normally, I'd admire the sea while running, but this time, it was gross; the ocean (or at least the part that I can see) did not have a blue hue. Instead, it had a murky brown colour! Ewwww! Later, after my run, I saw a sign on the beach that read something like 'Water is contaminated with raw sewage; Do not come in contact with Ocean water'. It was really gross. But what grossed me out some more, were the people swimming<\/i> (or surfing or scuba diving). Um, can you say, bacterial infection? Anyway, I digress. The run was awesome and I can't wait to do it again (tomorrow).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
Distance: 3.00 miles (4.82 Kilometres)
\nTime: 0:32:37
\nDate: June 1st, 2005
\nNotes:
\nThis is my first official training run and it wasn't too shabby.
