So am I. Seems like I&#039;m getting faster every evening (by a few milliseconds anyway). Don&#039;t get me wrong, I&#039;m ecstatic about the improvement, but somehow, I know why I ran faster; I got lost >.< The run itself turned out to be great, I didn&#039;t even notice that I was running faster than what I&#039;m used to or maybe I&#039;m just getting used to it? Anyway, I was more concerned about where I was heading, rather than how fast I&#039;ve gone; I got lost (at least for .32 miles!), so I wanted to find my way back as fast as I could (being the paranoid runner that I am). It&#039;s a long story how I got lost on the course, but the good news is, my body can take the speedy pace.
