Yes, the course was quite hilly. It was a great challenging run, despite dipping down to a slower pace. I cheated a bit, too, since I didn&#039;&#039;t do my 3 mile run on Thursday. Had I done that run, I&#039;m guessing I would&#039;ve been better off this morning. Oh well. Live and learn. Tomorrow, rest day!
