In terms of physical exertion and overall feeling, I felt good during and after my run. I got free parking, too — well, I put 10 cents in the meter 'cuz there was still time left! There was one nagging thing, though, I felt like someone was watching me as I went down the strand. I know it's a bit paranoid and I should've been more confident with the safety of the area, but somehow, I felt uneasy and I didn't even want to slow down or anything. It's like running on alert and being totally aware of my surroundings (which I should be all the time) but tonight was a bit different. Maybe it had something to do with the poorly lit strand, or trhe lack of people on it. Anyway, I was soooo paranoid! I gotta run earlier in the day or summat. >.<<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
Distance: 3.00 miles (4.82 Kilometres)
\nTime: 0:30:33
\nDate: June 14th, 2005
\nNotes:
\nThe run went well.
