I was actually running at a 10:30\/11 minute pace for the first 4 or so miles, then slowed down to 11:30\/12 and then towards the end, probably went at about 13 minutes per mile. I didn&#039;t really feel anything wrong but there were times where I got &#8220;bored&#8221; and just walked. I didn&#039;t really do the &#039;sprints&#039; as I did during my previous long run, too. I should have, though &#8212; it probably would&#039;ve kept me on my toes (literally!) Oh yah, my knees started to hurt a bit but I thought it was because I was running too slow &#8212; when I sped up, it felt better. Overall, I don&#039;t feel too tired cos I didn&#039;t push myself enough but I did accomplish my training for this weekend. Next weekend, I have to do 16 miles, which means, I really gotta run 8 miles sometime this week.
