It was also a bit breezy which was much appreciated! I think I did better this morning because the music was blasting in my headphones, as opposed to the &quot;light background&quot; volume level I normally put it on. The pace was an easy 12:35 m\/m and burned more calories today: 504 calories. In a few moments, I&#039;m going to step on the elliptical and run the other 5 miles! YAY! I need to&#8230; I had two chili dogs for lunch &gt;_&lt;<\/p>\n<p>Addendum:<\/p>\n<p>OK, so I got to do 5 miles on the elliptical; only, I&#039;m not too sure if I did 5 miles. I don&#039;t actually have an accurate way of determining how far I&#039;ve gone (it&#039;s a cheap machine) but I did have a pedometer on me! LOL. Anyway, it took 55 minutes, and it wasn&#039;t a bad workout! I don&#039;t feel too guilty eating the yummy chili dogs (and did I mention I had it with fries and orange Fanta?) Ahhhh&#8230; Delicious!<\/p>\n<p>Tomorrow, 5 miles and then rest on Friday.
