There was some soreness with the base of my left foot (plantar facicicicici thingy lol) but it went away as I kept going. Ran at the Torrance park which included mini inclines so I think that helped with adding some intensity to the run especially since I did poorly last Saturday.<\/p>\n<p>Stats! Nike+ below.
