It&#039;s ok though, I&#039;ve been using some moisturizer on my nose and forehead to prevent any wrinkles! I gotta go get some aloe later today, though, for my shoulders.<\/p>\n<p>\n<b>Wednesday: 2m run or cross-train &#8212; Done.<\/b><br \/>\nI was going to swim last night, but I was too tired, so I did Billy Blank&#039;s Tae Bo &#8220;Contact&#8221; exercise. You have to punch the &#8220;lightweight&#8221; punching bag with some not-so-complex Tae Bo movements. I felt like I was flailing my arms at this &#8220;impatient&#8221; bag and was occassionally not hitting it (I promise I&#039;ll have more hand-eye-coordination next week!)
