I went running on the bike path from Redondo to Torrance Beach yesterday, and this time, I brought my pseudo-mp3 player. The run went by fast! I mean, I think I was running the same pace, but it made the 3-mile run so much more enjoyable. I might also consider getting a tiny digital camera. The one I have right now is so chunky and yesterday, while running, there were some pretty scenes that I wanted to photograph, but there's no way I'm carrying a (big) camera while running. <\/p>\n
