I got some bromelain (Pinapples), flavonoids (carrots), ginger, and quercetin (Apples and grapes). I also got some orange juice, cran-grape juice, and I wanted to get something that was unhealthy (e.g., junk food) but my sis stopped me \ud83d\ude41 &#8212; so I think I&#039;m on my way to being well. I&#039;m practically on a &#8220;Need-to-be-well-timetable&#8221;!
