Then yesterday (Thursday), her <i>other<\/i> tire blew up! So she bought new tires and last night, she had to leave her car at our mechanic to have her brakes done as well. Naturally, I lent her my car so that she can go to work. Which leads me to why I need to start running again.<\/p>\n<p>\nI had to go to church today to do some stuff for next week&#039;s masses, and I knew I wasn&#039;t going to have a car, so I last night, I was psyching myself into riding my bicycle to church (5 miles due north west) &#8212; I figured, I can run 10Ks and a half-marathon, so surely riding the bike would be easy. Well, it was easy, but also tiring! I also just noticed how steep the hills are around my church! ACK. I had to walk up the hill with my bike and it literally took me 4 minutes just to trek up this slope. Cruising down the hill was loads of fun, until I had to go up <i>another<\/i> hill and finally to the church >.<\n\n<p>\nSo yah, had I been in shape (e.g., running regularly) I prolly would&#039;ve been able to manage that hill (or maybe not). \ud83d\ude1b<\/p>\n<p>\np.s.,<\/p>\n<p>\nIt started raining when I was riding back home.
