The Blues beat the Saints."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Vatican announced that the Pope is still gravely ill (condition = very serious). It&#039;s pretty neat how you can get 24\/7 news about the Pope on CNN. It&#039;s also quite weird to play &#8220;who can stay up awake the longest&#8221; with my brother; it&#039;s actually him versus CNN correspondent, Christiane Amanpour &#8212; both are in Rome, Italy. They were pretty much up for at least 12 hours straight. I think he beat her &#8212; she didn&#039;t report anymore after 6AM Rome time and my brother went to bed around 7AM Rome time. <\/p>\n<p>\nMy sis told me this morning (while we were watching the Chelsea game and switching between Fox Soccer Channel and CNN) that the description on Dan Brown&#039;s fictional &#8220;Angels and Demons&#8221; novel of the people at St. Peter&#039;s Square (including the press camped outside) was eerie. I told her that it was merely coincidence and at the same time, Dan Brown probably did some research when the last Pope was declared (1978) after the conclave&#8230; Still, I suppose I should go back to reading that book after a 3 week hiatus from it!<\/p>\n<p>\nAnd now, Chelsea versus Southampton. My beloved Blues beat the Saints 3 &#8211; 1. I had a feeling South&#039;n would score, but I can&#039;t believe I failed to predict that when I placed the values in the Premier League game, &#8220;I Know the Score&#8221; on their website. Oh well. My Blues won.
