I really don&#039;t understand it. If people are driving a constant speed, and if they don&#039;t bother switching lanes every 5 minutes or so, traffic would move so much more <i>smoothly<\/i> regardless of the number of cars on the road&#8230; That&#039;s my theory anyway.
