Of course, I won&#039;t pig-out every single day, but &#039;party-weekends&#039; like this past one (where there was a LOT of food served and a LOT of food consumed) did not make me feel guilty about it at all.<\/p>\n<p>\nOne thing I need to remind myself: after each run, I should have my gatorade, water and snack ready. I read somewhere that you need to replenish your body&#039;s supplies (e.g., carbs, potassium, etc.) within 30 minutes after running.
