So I did a 20-minute Pilates session instead. I guess it&#039;s not too bad; I really needed 3 to 4 miles today, though.<\/p>\n<p>\nI signed up to be Pace Leader for Nike&#039;s Run Hit Wonder 10K race this weekend. I better be in shape by then! LOL.<\/p>\n<p>\nOn another note, R.I.P.
