LOL<\/p>\n<p>I was half-thinking that I got lucky after the LA Marathon in a sense that I didn&#8217;t get seriously ill after suffering from slight hypothermia (as my sis has confirmed after reading the symptoms!). But then I pushed it further by running a hard 5k that immediate weekend later&#8230; Then last week, I might&#8217;ve skipped a few meals (and some sleep) because I got too busy with work and finally topped that off with my (cold) ocean swim clinic last Sunday.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m pretty sure my body finally yelled, &#8220;enough!&#8221; and is crying for a break&#8230; So a break I shall give it&#8230; for a day. LOL <\/p>\n<p>But yeah, I thought that the NyQuil I took last night would completely obliterate this common bug, but I still felt the same earlier this morning. Meh.
