I was half-thinking that I got lucky after the LA Marathon in a sense that I didn’t get seriously ill after suffering from slight hypothermia (as my sis has confirmed after reading the symptoms!). But then I pushed it further by running a hard 5k that immediate weekend later… Then last week, I might’ve skipped a few meals (and some sleep) because I got too busy with work and finally topped that off with my (cold) ocean swim clinic last Sunday.<\/p>\n
I’m pretty sure my body finally yelled, “enough!” and is crying for a break… So a break I shall give it… for a day. LOL <\/p>\n
But yeah, I thought that the NyQuil I took last night would completely obliterate this common bug, but I still felt the same earlier this morning. Meh. I guess it needs a second dose. +_+<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
