Then I had a scoop of Bryers Rocky Road ice-cream on a fudge top cone and one chocolate pretzel stick. LOL. Shortly after that, or I guess, after feeling that I just had a dose of junk, I served myself a spring salad with homemade vinaigrette, then finished it off with another handful of almonds.<\/p>\n<p>Tonight, I (just) had a blueberry muffin, am going to have another handful of almonds and a salad. LOL. I&#039;m not on a diet.
