And I didn&#8217;t know what I was thinking when I thought I could run on Sunday (was too sore!) and then was <em>still<\/em> feeling the after-effects of\u00a0the class on Monday (hey, so I got in three [controlled] fights on Saturday! It really took a toll on my body!)<\/p>\n<p>Anyway, after all that, I guess my body was reverting back to its lazy self, especially when it has not run in three days!\u00a0Eek.<\/p>\n<p>I already felt sluggish the entire day and nearly didn&#8217;t feel like going out for my run but my virtual training bestie, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.runninginpigtails.com\">Sheryl<\/a>, did her &#8220;work&#8221; with motivating me to just get going. When I finally got to the park, it didn&#8217;t help that my Garmin wouldn&#8217;t find any satellites and only did, nearly a mile into running. UGH.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m glad I kept going, though, and completed my run because I feel better now. In fact, I&#8217;m kinda wired that I don&#8217;t think I&#8217;ll be able to sleep in a while. ROFL.
