I&#8217;m gonna cheat a bit, too cos I&#8217;m including what I ate today (Tuesday) as part of the weekend. &gt;_&lt;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Friday<br \/>\n<\/strong>After my 10-miler, I had some of the pasta I made the night before as a recovery meal. Unfortunately, a few hours later, I was soooo hungry that I gave in to a Pizza Hut advert on telly: $10 for any large pizza &#8212; any toppings! Ahhh. Lunch was a different beast on its own. I went overboard (as I tend to do with ordering food) and got the Chili Cheese Fries with <em>everything<\/em> on it. Lunch was actually a &#8220;healthy&#8221; roast beef sammich from Erick Schat&#8217;s Bakkery in Bishop, CA. Yesh, it had veggies, and alfalfa, lol and other good stuff. Ahhh.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Monday<\/strong><br \/>\nBreh. If Friday was bad, Monday was equally as bad since I had 3 slices of the same pizza from Friday. LOL. Well, I had some canned salmon left, canned corn and some baby carrots. I nuked the lot, sprinkled a bit of mum&#8217;s truffle oil and then dug in. LOL. It was actually satisfying&#8230; Not a brisket sarnie but it filled me up and the truffle oil really made a big difference. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>So there you have it. My &#8220;weekend&#8221; food recap. As posted before, I&#8217;ve already resolved to eating what I want but in moderation. Still, I&#8217;d like to incorporate more whole grains and veggies into my daily meals. After all, I want to keep running until I&#8217;m like, 80!
