I was originally planning to do a short half mile (one-miler at the most) but ended up doing 2 miles. Eek. Since the grass @ the Park was uneven, and the path was semi-uncomfortable to run barefoot on, I had to grin and bear it through. The sensation was definitely odd and I felt everything from my arches,  ankles, calves and quads but was able to shake off any niggly pain after the first mile.<\/p>\n<p>I am going to try to figure out how to attach my Garmin foot pod to these so that I can get a second count of my run distance (according to foot strike).
