Totally removing the stuff I shouldn&#8217;t eat isn&#8217;t working as I seem to &#8220;relapse&#8221; every other day.<\/p>\n<p>I purposely did not do a weekend food recap on Monday cos I was still eating unhealthy stuff from Monday thru today! LOL. So yeah, my food recaps might be more like, weekly food recaps &gt;_&lt;<\/p>\n<p>The more I deny myself the pizza, chicken tenders, bacon,  fatty ribeye (and so on), the more I tend to eat it more. Apparently, it was a 4.4 magnitude one, centred in Pico Rivera. I didn&#8217;t even leave the bed, just made sure the shaking stopped and went right back to sleep.
