Ack. So here we go &#8212; it&#8217;s actually getting better (sorta) but definitely still needs a LOT of discipline to kick the unhealthy eating habit.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Friday<\/strong><br \/>\nBrekkers: tea<br \/>\nLunch: &#8220;Takumi&#8221; meal from Sushi Boy<br \/>\nSnack: Whole wheat bread (yay!) with Nutella (aw&#8230;)<br \/>\nSupper: Minestrone soup, garden salad and half a serving of Vince&#8217;s Spaghetti (first time @ Vince&#8217;s of Torrance and it was pretty good!)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Saturday<\/strong><br \/>\nBrekkers: 2 packets of oatmeal with brown sugar and dehydrated strawberries (which reminds me, I need to buy more strawberries), cup of black coffee (Dunkin&#8217; Donuts Hazelnut &#8212; deeelish!)<br \/>\nLunch: Mushroom burger (that&#8217;s mushrooms <em>onnatopp <\/em>of a burger!) with FRIES (AHHHH! See below)<br \/>\nSupper: The remaining portion of my spaghetti, this time, with meatballs<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.radragon.com\/journal\/wp-content\/2010\/03\/72275189.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-1422 postImage\" title=\"Scotty's Mushroom Burger\" src=\"http:\/\/www.radragon.com\/journal\/wp-content\/2010\/03\/72275189-360x270.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"360\" height=\"270\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.radragon.com\/journal\/wp-content\/2010\/03\/72275189-360x270.jpg 360w, https:\/\/www.radragon.com\/journal\/wp-content\/2010\/03\/72275189-180x135.jpg 180w, https:\/\/www.radragon.com\/journal\/wp-content\/2010\/03\/72275189.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 360px) 100vw, 360px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Sunday<\/strong><br \/>\nBrekkers: Honey Nut Cheerios (YAY!) and a cup of tea<br \/>\nSnack: BBQ chicken quesadilla (home made!) and salsa (store-bought)<br \/>\nSnack 2: Popcorn with movie theatre &#8220;butter&#8221;<br \/>\nSnack 3: Nachos &gt;_&lt;<br \/>\nSnack 4: Chicken tenders and fries + some rootbeer (ahhhh!)<br \/>\nSupper: <span style=\"text-decoration: line-through;\">TBD (most likely Cheerios again)<\/span> The remaining portion of my mushroom burger and fries<\/p>\n<p>I can&#8217;t seem to shake off the deep fried food craving &gt;_&lt; It&#8217;s funny though, cos I didn&#8217;t realise I eat this much fried food (during the weekend, anyway) until starting these food recaps! LOL.
