So yesterday, I finally completed 2 out of 3 drills &#8212; 1 more drill than I am able to complete for the past 2 weeks LOL. This essentially means that I&#8217;m getting stronger and (I think) am getting back to the same level of fitness I was in prior to my <a href=\"http:\/\/www.radragon.com\/journal\/2009\/04\/27\/race-report-inaugural-hard-corps-marathon\/\">Camp Pendleton Hard Corps<\/a> marathon last year.<\/p>\n<p>Thumb-to-Thigh: 10&#215;25 with 15 seconds recovery in-between<br \/>\nTouch-and-Go: 10&#215;25 \/ 15<\/p>\n<p>This afternoon, I&#8217;m hoping to do all 3 drills and then later tonight run at least 3 miles in preparation for my 20 mile run this weekend.
