I was running with sis (Annelle) and it was good\u00a0 because her pace was perfect for someone who was getting back to the swing of things. No real pains felt (amazingly) except for some soreness on the soles of my feet (stretching it out helped, though). Overall, a great jumpstart to my training. ^_^<\/p>\n<p>Oh, I guess a month is enough for me to forget my pre-run routine that I forget to put the sensor on my iPod for my Nike+ system! LOL.
