LOL)\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>5 x 50\u00a0&#8220;Thumb to Thigh&#8221;\u00a0Freestyle\u00a0<br \/>\n5 x 50\u00a0&#8220;Closed Fist&#8221;\u00a0Freestyle\u00a0<br \/>\n5 x 50\u00a0&#8220;Touch and Go&#8221;\u00a0Freestyle\u00a0(Slow)<br \/>\n5 x 50\u00a0&#8220;Sighting&#8221;\u00a0Freestyle\u00a0(Slow)<\/p>\n<p>plus\u00a02 x 50 kickboard flutter kick and\u00a02 x 50 breaststroke for cool down.<\/p>\n<p>Oh, I felt like an idiot doing the &#8220;sighting&#8221; freestyle. I think I need to refer to the instructional video I saw on <a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=K_XRiy-ILyc\">YouTube<\/a> again! This is also <a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=IYuSMumlUk4\">another nice video<\/a> to learn technique (the instructor is nice on the eyes, too ;))<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ll go swimming again tomorroz and on Thursday, my 3-mile run. I think I&#8217;m going to skip the 4 mile run at pace on Saturday and will instead move my Sunday 9-miler to that day.
