I was out of it again and turned around at 5.5 miles (e.g., I resovled myself to only do 11 miles). I think the boost that I need is to run this week (lol what&#039;s new?). at least do my 5- and 8-mile runs. Anyway, I burned 1,261 calories (minus about 250 calories from the energy blocks I ate).
