Platkin. Anyway, there are apparently 7,5k food\/exercise equivalents in it and the April 2007 edition of Runner&#039;s World covers about 12 food items. Although the calculations below is for a person who weighs 155lbs and runs a 12-minute\/mile pace, I thought it&#039;d be fun to see how many minutes of running one had to do to burn off some of that food they ate!<\/p>\n<p>One large banana = 13 minutes<br \/>12-oz beer = 16 minutes<br \/>Snickers bar = 30 minutes<br \/>Starbucks Mocha Frappuccino (Grande\/16oz) = 31 minutes<br \/>Two slices of Pizza Hut cheese pan pizza = 58 minutes<br \/>Cheeseburger with large fries = 117 minutes!<\/p>\n<p>It somewhat puts things into perspective, huh? About eating&#8230; a lot?
