I did some drills today. Oh, soz — I went for a 30-minute lap swim. I was only able to do like, this drill where you’re on your side, your left hand outstretched, right hand on your thigh and then looking down (underwater), only turning your head to breathe. You’re basically sideways kicking and man did it work my legs. I did it again, this time, right hand outstretched and boy was I ‘wobbling’ about. As if I didn’t have anymore energy after that, I used the pull buoy and did about 20 metres of the front crawl before I stopped and just paddled my way to the end of the lane. After catching my breath, I swam back (still with the pull buoy between my legs) and proceeded to do some kickboard exercises. In-between those drills were 100 metres of breaststroke and freestyle.

Thank the good Lord in Heaven tomorrow, Friday, is a rest day. I’m definitely going to sleep soundly tonight. ^_^

Notes:
Holycrap. I did some drills today.
