By the turn around point, I felt tired but at 6 miles things actually turned better. Maybe it was the music that was playing at the time, or maybe it&#8217;s because I know I was on my way back, but I kinda felt that extra push and was able to finish the run strong. I also want to note that I stuck to my intervals and had my jelly belly whenever my iPod would remind me \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/connect.garmin.com\/player\/5186863\">Garmin Connect<\/a>.
