I went on my 6-miler and it was great! I was a bit worried that I&#8217;d feel sluggish today (well, I actually had a late 9:45AM start!) but I&#8217;m glad the run went on smoothly. I didn&#8217;t push myself to hard, though &#8212; only as much as my breathing could take. The blazing morning sun did make me grimace towards the end but I stuck to my pace.<\/p>\n<p>No tingling or anything with my shins or calf; no shoulder pains or anything. Tomorrow, I&#8217;m hoping to report the same after the 8-10 miler&#8230; Maybe I&#8217;ll do 9 miles hehehehe.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/connect.garmin.com\/player\/5111592\">Garmin Connect<\/a>.
